dave wilson ... worst cup final ever? yeah ok just a bit bit jelous arsenal won nuthing? Where to start as a pompey fan the atmosphere was amazing over the southsea common. The city the fans the players and the staff deserve this but no one more then Harry himself what a guy and what a manager! Think we deserved the victory today kept the ball well and tactically we were spot on. bring on europe!!

Greatest cup final of recent times, not just because Pompey won it (I admit to bias), but for a fantastic atmosphere generated by 2 terrific sets of real football fans. Compare it to the sterile rubbish you will see from the glory seekers who make it to Moscow. It was the difference between those who dream and hope for such an occasion and those who believe it is their right.

Congratulations to Portsmouth football club, the fans, the manager and the players. Harry deserved this as well as players like David James who have been on the losing side in finals on more than one occasion. They rode their luck at times this tournament but name me 1 cup winner who hasn't had a bit of luck before...Pompey faced last years finalists and favourites away and beat them as well as keeping their concentration and managing not to slip up against lower league sides which is something we saw the 2 other favourites fall victim of. Pompey deserve today's celebrations

Harry Redknapp has transformed Pf.c and has done wonders for the city . When Harry first came to Portsmouth we were a team struggling in the nationwide division one , now look at us we are a top ten premier side that has now won the F.A cup . Well done Harry

Pompey fully deserved the victory. Never really got out of 1st gear, but lets be honest they didnt really need to. So pleased for Redknapp. After the year he has had he should finally get the credit he deserves. Europe here we go.

Congratulations to Pompey. A big congratulations (even in defeat) has to go to the Cardiff City players and manager Dave Jones. For a man with a budget of absolutely nothing, you have to sit back and admire the fact that he's taken a team of players to within 90 minutes of FA Cup glory. If Cardiff showed the same exuberance in the 2nd half as what they had in the 1st half and didn't resort to long ball tactics, then I'm pretty certain City would've at least snatched a goal. Yet again, congratulations to Portsmouth for their win

I can't believe it! Pompey do it again, they got out of jail again today but I do think that Cardiff put up a good fight and to be honest I prefer Portsmouth in Europe rather than Cardiff as they would represent British football much better and may even have a chance of winning it if they have the same luck as they have had in this FA cup.
