Dundonald links on the west coast of Scotland is barely five years old, but already the course has a reputation as one of the best around.

Mark Roe checked it out for himself on Thursday's Golf Night and was suitably impressed.

Despite sand-traps and dunes which would strike fear in the faint-hearted, our resident expert had a bawl in the brisk Scots' air.
