Live Action

Cricket

India v England
3.30am, Sky Sports 1
It's not exactly gone well for Kevin Pietersen's men, who've been on the receiving end of two drubbings at the hands of India in the two one-day internationals so far. Yuvraj Singh has been the standout performer for a sparkling, young home side and they'll be looking to go 3-0 up in the series with another win in Kanpur. England have promised plenty of changes, but can they really launch a series fightback? Catch every ball with us.

Australia v New Zealand
12.00am, Sky Sports 1; 3.30am, Sky Sports 2
We've another classic encounter for you on a big, big day for cricket as New Zealand head to Brisbane for the first Test against arch-rivals Australia. Ricky Ponting's men are reeling following their loss in India - their first series defeat since 2003 - and will be keen to prove the critics wrong with a good display in the first Test here. Join us on Sky Sports 1 and then flick to Sky Sports 2 if you want to when the England game starts.

South Africa v Bangladesh
8.00am, Sky Sports 2
The third instalment in our feast of cricket takes us to Bloemfontein for day two of South Africa's first-Test clash with Bangladesh. A stunning century from Graeme Smith on the opening day helped to put the home side firmly in control and the tourists will need to show plenty of heart to claw their way back into the match on day two.

NFL

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers
1.00am (Fri), Sky Sports 2 & HD2
All the action from the Heinz Field as Pittsburgh Steelers hope to continue their push against a Cincinnati Bengals side who have been out of sorts for much of the season. The Bengals failed to win any of their first seven, but have rallied of late and will be hoping to end the season on a high.

Snooker

Premier League
7.30pm, Sky Sports 1
The stars of the Premier League will be on cue once again this evening as the roadshow stops off at the Sands Centre in Carlisle for some quick-fire potting action. Tonight's mouthwatering bill kicks off with a clash between Joe Perry and John Higgins before a showdown between two multiple world champions as Ronnie O'Sullivan takes on Stephen Hendry.

Golf

Hong Kong Open
6.00am, Sky Sports 3
An early start for the second stop on the Race to Dubai which comes live and direct from Hong Kong. Defending champion Miguel Angel Jimenez will be hoping to continue his fine form on this course, which traditionally gives us some remarkably low scores. There will also be plenty of interest in the playing return of Europe's Ryder Cup captain Nick Faldo and the great Bernhard Langer.

Simon Lazenby, Stuart Barnes and Dewi Morris discuss the latest rugby union action and talk to some of the biggest names in the game.
