David Haye is itching to get into the ring at heavyweight, and says that he will become Wladimir Klitschko's nemesis by taking the Ukrainian's world titles.
Haye officially relinquished his WBO cruiserweight on Tuesday after conquering that division, and now has his sights set on getting to the very top of the heavyweights.
Long see as boxing's jewel in the crown, the heavyweight division is going through a lean spell and it is crying out for a charismatic star such as 'The Haymaker' to liven things up.
Haye is living what he calls a 'healthy life' out in Cyprus as he prepares for a lengthy campaign aimed at following Lennox Lewis in unifying the heavyweight division.
"Every day I want what Klitschko has - and I'm going to take it off him," Haye said in the Telegraph.
"Downtime? I don't want it, nor do I need it. I'll be 30 in two years, and the clock is ticking.
"I'm focused 24/7 on the prize - the world heavyweight crown, and then the unification of the crown.
"These current champions have made a mockery of what was once considered 'the richest prize in sport'. Thirty six months is not a long time, I can live a quiet life in Cyprus.
"We live well here, the climate is fantastic, the organic food is great here, life is healthy."
The WBC have installed Haye as their number five-ranked heavyweight based on his first-round demolition of Thomasz Bonin, who had a record of 36-1, in his one fight as the weight.
Blessed with immense power but a questionable chin, Haye has always made for an exciting fighter and he insists he can take on the big boys - including current WBO and IBF heavyweight world champion Klitschko.
Haye's campaign will start in November, although his opponent is not yet known, and his plan is to build-up to a big showdown with Klitschko - and then take his titles.
"Whoever it is, it will be a top 10 contender," Haye said of his next fight.
"Hasim Rahman and Oleg Maskaev (both former world champions) have been in the frame, but nothing is confirmed yet.
"I want my ride to be exciting for the fans. Lennox Lewis was the last great heavyweight - he dominated the division and fought all the contenders and destroyed them - I'm a long way off that yet.
"Klitschko is a weak No 1 for the division, and it needs setting to rights.
"I do feel I can beat anyone out there, but from a marketing point of view, I want to have two fights, and then build towards it.
"He's predictable, and I'm going to exploit that with speed and footwork. Believe me, I am going to be Klitschko's nemesis when we meet in the ring."
