Trezeguet: Left out
France coach Raymond Domenech has left David Trezeguet out of his squad for this month's Euro 2008 qualifiers against Faroe Islands and Lithuania.
Trezeguet has been omitted following the return of Thierry Henry and Louis Saha from injury.
The Juventus forward clashed with Domenech earlier this year when the striker expressed his anger over not being recalled for a friendly against Slovakia.
Domenech has now decided to go with Henry, Saha, Nicolas Anelka, Karim Benzema and Sidney Govou as his attacking options for the crucial qualifiers.
William Gallas returns from injury to make the squad, but there is no place for Internazionale midfielder Patrick Vieira.
Gallas is joined in the squad by four of his Arsenal team-mates with Bacary Sagna, Mathieu Flamini, Lassana Diarra and Abou Diaby all earning call-ups.
Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has been included in the squad as well as Chelsea duo Claude Makelele and Florent Malouda.
Full squad:
