Every Saturday morning at about 11am the nation holds its breath in anticipation as the studio doors slide open and another lovely lady is revealed.

As ever we're on the look out for the most talented individuals to add that extra bit of spice to the show and take on one of our fans of the week in 'Take It to the Max'!

And what could you do in Take It To The Max?
