Knockout punches!

He still hasn't paid up because he says he's got no money, but then he walks in this morning with a lah-di-dah Marks and Spencer's salad for lunch!

Quotes of the week
We don't usually like to scaremonger and tend to avoid words like flu pandemic and epidemic because, well for starters we're not 100 per cent sure we know what they mean!
But if you walked into our office this week, you'd have done well to walk out again without some kind of cold or flu symptoms.
It all started with Dave who was ill at the back end of last week and it looks like he's given his lergies to the rest of the crew.
Trev, Simon, Rocket and Dev have all been suffering this week and it's all because of Disco Dave, although the 'smiling assassin' is probably a more appropriate name for him this week!
In between all the coughing and spluttering the hot topic of conversation was Sunday's live games between Liverpool and Man Utd and West Ham and Arsenal, although not for the reasons you would think.
Bets
Despite most people suggesting the results would be turning points in both Liverpool's and West Ham's seasons, we were more concerned about our bets!
Our producer Rob might be a Liverpool fan, but he was gutted when David Ngog scored in injury time. Why? Because he had a fiver on Liverpool to win 1-0 and Fernando Torres to score the first goal at 25-1!
Trev, meanwhile, was a Happy Hammer as he rightly predicted that West Ham would draw with Arsenal. Unfortunately he bet Dev a fiver rather than putting it down at the bookies, and to make things worse the Gooner's fan still hasn't handed over the dosh.
"He still hasn't paid up because he says he's got no money," said an agitated Trev.
"But then he walks in this morning with a lah-di-dah Marks and Spencer's salad for lunch!"
We're sure Dev will pay up eventually, we just hope it's before Trev's heavies turn up!
One person who has encountered an altogether different heavy this week is Baby Elvis, after he stepped into the ring with heavyweight star David Haye!
Haye takes on Russian man mountain Nikolai Valuev on November 7th and he prepared in the best way possible, by stepping into the ring with an Elvis impersonator!
Needless to say, it wasn't long before Baby Elvis was eating canvas, although he maintains he's ready for a re-match!
Canvas isn't the only thing he has been eating though, because like the rest of us Baby Elvis has been tucking into quite a few pies this week!
Yeah that's right 'we ate all the pies' thanks to the lovely people at Holland's who sent us a few boxes through along with a mini warmer... it doesn't look like any of us will be visiting the Sky canteen this week!
Goldenballs
It was a great weekend of football, but just as our season really gets going, over in America things are winding down and once again David Beckham has proved his doubters wrong.
Goldenballs wasn't the most popular figure in LA when he returned from his loan spell with AC Milan, but he has rightly been taking all the plaudits as his Galaxy side secured the Western Conference and a place in the play-offs.
Unfortunately though, some people still aren't willing to give him a break and are more concerned about his current look! We're not going to name names but... yeah... you've guessed it, it's Lisa!
"I don't understand why he has grown his beard so long. I don't like it, especially with all those tattoos."
With Lisa's zero tolerance on scruffy hair it's a good thing everyone was looking sharp after the weekend, with no less than four members of the crew having undergone major hair surgery.
Naturally Lisa was one of them, along with Bobbie, Dave and Steve - not that anyone noticed Steve's!
On closer inspection we realised he had trimmed his fringe. Rumours that he had it feathered too were neither confirmed nor denied!
We'll see you next week.
