For well over a month now our lives have been dominated by two words; Dance Off! So it comes as a huge relief to us all that it's finally over.

Saturday's show saw Trev crowned Soccer AM Dance Off Champion 2008; and rightly so in all our eyes because he was brilliant.

It's fair to say we all slept a lot better on Saturday night after it was over, that is except for Lisa.

Lisa says the whole experience was the worst of her life, adding the music used in the Dance Off (Ida Corr vs. Fedde Le Grand: Let Me Think About It) has been haunting her!

Apparently everywhere she goes she hears that track, whether she's in the supermarket or Post Office or anywhere else...Trev suggested she takes her headphones off!

We've all had a load of texts from our mates after the show, some were positive most weren't! Chris got a text from one his mates this morning which unfortunately we can't write in this blog but trust us when we say it wasn't complimentary.

One crew member who didn't have to take part in this year's Dance Off was Jimi. He's our latest new recruit and only started last week so we thought it would be unfair to make him dance for 15 seconds in front of the nation.

Still it's initiation week, so we've suggested he dances for the duration of a goal wrap - which is about two minutes - instead!

It sounds cruel because well... we guess it is, but nothing's set in stone yet so he may yet get out it.

Outside of the office it's been a pretty quiet week for us all with the exception of Lisa who went to see the Spice Girls in concert.

Apparently they were amazing and even better than Take That, who she saw a couple of weeks ago...we'll have to take her word for it because you won't catch any of us anywhere near either of those groups anytime soon!
